And Your Bunny Will Read To You

nabaztag_add4.jpgNabaztag, the RFID reader will magically pull your email, stock quotes, and RSS from the ether. As the embedded video may or may not show, it will read any book with RFID in it. (RFID are those chips they use at Wal-mart and everywhere else to control inventory. No, not Pringles.)

His ears move around in different directions and his funny little tummy glows various colors as he tells you your retirement account has crashed. Even better, if you get Nabs a mate, their ears will move in synch! So you know, totally evil. I’m pretty sure that Nabaztag is the preferred RFID reader of the nazgul. Available for $180 from ThinkGeek . I only hope it gets tired of Curious George more slowly than I do.

Since it has the RFID reader does that mean that if you try to leave the room with the book it starts shrieking?

HBD - I think that might be as much fun as making speech recognition software say curse words when I was a kid.
