Sasychica and i have been talking and we decided that the end of july works best for us. now it is time to find out if the end of july works for you! so how about it folks? the 19th or the 26th? (both saturdays)

we were thinking about Southside Park which is in downtown Sacramento, right off the freeway. it has a pool, a pond, and a super-cool space themed playground, complete with an old airstream turned into a flying space-ship. (it even lights up at night which is awesome)

we are not positive about the grilling capabilities there, but i think we can bring a little webber or something. it will be a pot-luck, so maybe we should post what we would all like to bring, and please note if you are vegetarian or have any allergies to foods so i can plan accordingly. i make a kick-ass potato salad, but i usually fill it with things like bacon and hard-boiled eggs. of course, i won't if peeps don't eat that stuff!! :)

we could make the 26th but not the 19th.

Sounds great for us. We have no commitments on either day. Southside park is a really great place.

The Gilroy Garlic Festival is the last weekend of July, and we'll be there on the 26th, but we could possibly make the 19th. Hopefully the smoke will be cleared out, eh?
