For the new folks - we have semi-regular virtual cocktail parties here on Offsprung. You bring the drink and the laptop and we bring the sparkling wit and clever repartee.

No talking about kids, but everything else is good. It tends to be stream of consciousness and, like any cocktail party, multiple conversations tend to swirl. Fashionably late is fine - we'll probably start around 9 EST and it will probably last until at least 11 PST.

Hopefully we will have some more new babies to celebrate!

Yeah, Ruth, we're starting to go a little crazy. We've had enough "false starts" to last a lifetime. I've had some painful, regular contractions tonight but, eh, not sure they are going to stick around. I just keep visualizing my water breaking somewhere embarrassing. That's the only time labor is then a sure thing...

I've got a chunk of time that I can remain pregnant before they discuss induction. I would really love to go natural...so we wait.
