Sunny Side Down
Woo Hoo! He flipped over. No more sunny side up baby. I am now 50% effaced and 2cm dialated and between -3 & -2 station. My doctor kept saying I did so well. I feel so proud. My induction is scheduled for Wed morning at 5:30 am when I start pitocin. No need for Cervidel since my cervix couldnt be much softer. I am definately looking forward to meeting this little person that has had so many people on pins and needles for almost a month, but I think I would be glad to start getting active labor contractions at the hospital as well. Normally I handle pain very well, but period pain and now Early Labor pain are the exceptions. I am totally fine with that and ok with getting an Epidural as soon as humanly possible.
I have been pretty nervous about dealing with contractions that are so bad you can't breathe every five minutes for an hour and then taking a 25 minute car ride where you can't really move. So if all goes well I will be back home posting pictures on Saturday. Or if a c-section is neccesary it will be Monday. Or maybe sooner if I go on my own. Anything is possible.

Good luck girlie! No offense, but I hope we don't see you around for a few days! ;)
Good luck! I can't wait to see your new kiddo!
Good luck Meghan! I hope however labor goes it goes easily with a minimum of pain and a healthy happy baby at the end of it!
Best of luck! Any way it goes, you get to hold your little guy by the weekend!
W00T! Hope all goes well. Good luck!
Good luck!
Thanks all. I am both nervous and excited and releaved to be almost there. Everything is still very surreal as DonnaKat posted in her area back in the day. It is still amazing to think that there is a baby inside me that will be coming out and crying for me. Very strange.
Good luck, Meghan! Big O was sunny-side up, and that plus her giant head made me have a C-section. Now you're set for a hapy and healthy vaginal delivery.
Don't come back until you have a baby to show us, K? Rest!
Yeah! Speedy delivery!
Ha! That makes me laugh. I loved Mr. Rogers.
Yay Meghan! Good luck and best wishes for an easy delivery and quick recovery!
I can't believe I missed this post!! I can't wait to hear the updates!
