We chose a great young woman from Chile to be our au pair and she had her visa denied (see my Oh F$%K thread). She reapplied today, but was denied again. For no justified reason. We are so screwed for child care for when I am supposed to go back to work (Aug 26). There's no way we'll be able to get a new au pair here by then. I can't believe this.
