I was just trying to get a quick update. I know that wookie and MLB are ready to go any minute. Has there been an update from Meghan? I haven't seen her around recently.

August 16, but we have an appointment today and are having an ultrasound. The doctor who we saw last week (who we don't completly believe) thought that we may be dated incorrectly or that he may be a big baby, but he wouldn't qualify "big". Hopefully we'll have more info this afternoon.

August 17th is GirlWho's birthday - it's a good day!

I've been really anxious to hear from Meghan. She was going to be induced LAST Wednesday! That is the day CrazyLime was born. I check her profile for updates too many times a day.

And hopefully Wookie is rockin' & rollin' right now.

Super-Papa, the 16th is Just around the corner. Reid's birthday is the 22nd. Doesn't sound like you guys will make it that long.

Mid to late August is a good time to be born, I'm sure. It is coming up very fast, a bit too fast. I'm running out of time to finish up painting the nursery! And I'm pretty confident that we're not going to make it to the 16th. Personally I'm still rooting for Aug. 8.

Ylime, I'm eager to hear word from Meghan as well. You and CPF have spoiled us!

Hey, my first one was born on the 9th, that's a good date as well. He was actually due on the 22nd though. Which is funny because that was our nine month wedding anniversary.

S-P, the measuring babies thing is wildly inaccurate and with the guess of a "big" baby often comes rumblings of c-sections. Hopefully that's not the case here, but be prepared.

Our babies have the same Bday Ylime! I was induced early on Wed, but do to the cord being wrapped around the babies head which slowed his heart rate significantly before I was able to progress past 6 cm the doctor decided to perform a c=section. I have been confined to the my bedroom for the most part and have been unable to go downstairs to my computer. My husband brought up his tablet for me to use, so I am going to try and post a pic, then I am going to check your profile for your pics.

Ylime- Mo's birthday is the 23rd and my niece's birthday is the 24th!

The 23rd is great because for the most part that's the first week of school. So you have the excitement of starting school and the other kids love you because you bring cupcakes.

Actually the first couple for preschool we brought in Popsicles cause it was so darn hot.

Woo hoo Meghan. Glad to know it went okay. Feel better.

You guys are so sweet. Thank you. Sorry I did not post earlier it has been a little crazy and it takes me awhile to process things sometimes. I hope all the future babies to be come out healthy with as little damage as possible done to their moms.

McG, they did another (our 3rd) ultrasound yesterday. They are now *estimating* that he's about 7.5 lbs. and still due the 16th. We were able to confirm that he's pretty much in position. I'm now more convinced that the doctor we saw last week was just a moron. Our regular doctor hasn't even started talking about inducing or c-sections, except to say she'll let Super-Mama go 7-10 days past her due date before we'll get to that point.
