You may use 2 cups white vinegar and add that to the dishwasher to help remove the residue that you are seeing. We recommend that you put your dishwasher on the rinse cycle to remove the residue. Also, the Palmolive Eco+ line the product does need to be shaken before using. Depending on the amount you are dispensing, you may want to lessen the amount used by half.

I'll bet what you get in the mail are a big stack of coupons and freebie stuff. We complained about Huggies once (the velcro closures popped off of several in one bag!) and we got coupons for, I think, about 10 free packs!
