This is actually the after-effects of her tried and true self-feeding method.

She'll grab a handful of puffs with either hand. She lifts that hand, closed, to her open mouth, then sweep the other hand's fingers through the palm to scoop the collected puffs into her mouth. She's consistent with it, and it's funny to watch.
