When the hold music is more for the representative than you...

My mom's child care center's hold music is free form jazz most of the time and it drives my crazy (I'm not a fan). Usually it's only a minute or two while they transfer calls but it's enough.
I've called local businesses and gotten Tejano which I find annoying.
The IRS has my favorite hold music they only play classical.
Just as long as it's not one of those places that runs a repeating ad for some service they offer. There is nothing worse than being on hold forever and having the company push some stupid shit at you 300 times.
I hate when I'm on hold on my cell phone. For some reason, it makes any hold music sound like a monkey got loose in a banjo factory. It's fine I talk to real live people on it, though.
Oh man. Now I really want to see a monkey running loose in a banjo factory. Really, really, really want to see that.
Deliverance II?

So I'm waiting this minute for a Verizon rep to get to me, and the hold music is Indian pop music.
I guess EVERY aspect of customer service is now outsourced?
