Back from vacation which was really wonderful, but damn, I missed Offsprung! It's going to take me days to scan the playground posts to see what you all have been up to, so if anyone wants to give me some highlights, I'm all ears.

And thanks to all who sent birthday wishes on Facebook. My birthday was wonderful!

ruth, welcome back, and happy belated birthday, since I missed it on facebook. I had an entire week of absolutely no computer access. It was heaven, but yes, I missed Offsprung too!

Early 40s divorced mother of two boys, ages 11 and 8. My younger son is autistic and handling the two of them is quite a challenge. I went back to school right after my husband left and got my M.A. in speech language pathology. Involved in an LDR and hoping to marry and relocate if the family court judge sees it my way I like the usual things: movies if I can stay awake through them, reading lots of stuff, drinking good beer. yada.
