Thanks everyone! Those dresses are a running joke in our house - my mom gets them for the Little Miss, even though she really literally has NOWHERE to wear them. But I try to get her bathed and groomed and I'll put her in one and take a picture so my mom can see them on her at least.

This one is technically the right size, but it seems as though it was fitted for girls who are a bit more...sturdily built than mine. You can see how it's falling off one shoulder a bit - and I have the sash pulled and tied as tight as it would go!

I thought it was just a texan gesture to Mexican dresses that can be worn on the shoulder or off the shoulder.

Also, dress is super cute as is small one wearing it. Man do I wish I had a girl to buy girl clothes for. Ah well.

that is adorable. i have a dress almost the same, for when Beenie turns 2. (It's just way too big for her now.) Flippin' sweet. And cute as all hell. Love her expression, she's such a quaint little thing. :)
