We are bowing to conventional wisdom and eschewing entirely the 2nd season of Heroes; we shall patiently await the 3rd. So, in order to fill in the gaps, tell us, true believers--who was revealed to have what powers in the second season? Who turned out to be the son/daughter/father/cousin of whom? Wha happen?

I gotta tell ya CPF...I bailed out of season 3 about a month ago. I'm done.

DGB I'm on the brink of bailing on the show too. It is getting totally weak and I've about all the in medias res I can take.

In Linderman's defense, DGB, he was a hologram in the last ten minutes of Tank Girl, and he showed a real flair for it.

I sent my husband that link DGB, I had a bad feeling about Heroes after a few episodes and did not want to get sucked in, but he fell prey and stopped watching half way through season 2.

If you are looking to fill the void I recommend Burn Notice. It is a great show about an ex-spy doing all kinds of crazy cool spy stuff and it seems believable. Plus is has BRUCE freaking CAMPBELL in it. Seriously check it out. You can catch up on older episodes online.

Burn Notice is on our Netflix cue. I may push it up a bit, if only to honor The Bruce.

CPF i thought i was the only one who remembered Tank Girl. That movie was awesome. (For all the reasons that i'd normally hate any other film.)

Who could forget Tank Girl? Not only for Lori Petty, but for young, extremely-hot-in-glasses Naomi Watts.

I totally forgot that he was in Tank Girl.

I've been digging TRUE BLOOD on HBO. Though the season is almost over. But when it comes out on DVD, I'd say check it out.

Also...just a few months until LOST and BSG come back!!!

I LOVED Tank Girl. I might have to disown my daughters if they grow up to not love Tank Girl.

Sigh. I am among my people! My love for Sailor was pretty much cemented when on our third date he wore a Tank Girl Shirt. I have to say that the comics are rad and I love the movie more than a person should.

I'm dissappointed that Heroes is sucking. We took a four episode break from it due to the move and just plain forgetting it was on. We may not go back now and that makes me sad.

I have 4 episodes on the DVR that I have lost interest in watching.

I think the second season getting all messed up with the writer's strike left them with nowhere to go in the third but to add about a million new charachters and hope the viewers can remember them all.

At least they got rid of Maya. Bleh.

I HATE what they're doing with Hiro. He used to be my favorite character with his "mystery sock" and "flying man!" but no longer. WHY, writers?

i don't watch heroes so most of what you're all saying is going way the fuck over my head.

And - Naomi watts is my freaking hero. Even through Mulholland Drive; damn i loved her in that. And so i watched it like ten times. It's awesome.
